Our Philosophy
We believe that dog training should be fun, entertaining and informative.... for both humans and dogs. We use only proven positive methods that guide both you and your dog through a process that builds mutual trust and respect. We use the same techniques that are used with marine mammal training as well as zoo animal training.
We never rely upon fear, pain or intimidation, so there is no need for choke chains, pinch collars or shock collars. Use of such negative tools can cause fear, aggression and avoidance. With an average of 4.7 million dog bites in the U.S. a year, we strive to do everything we can to prevent and eliminate aggression instead.
If we wouldn’t use a technique on a grizzly bear for fear of retaliation, we won’t use it on dogs either, because true training techniques should work on any animal species.
Dogs of different breeds have different priorities and instincts and they unfortunately do not speak English at all.....really! We feel that when you learn to totally understand your dog’s behavior and how to train your dog, not only won’t you be frustrated anymore, but you will also be able to have a much happier and rewarding relationship with your dog. Your dog will thank you!
